Alex Cornwell has been improving marketing outreach and customer retention for small to large businesses for over a decade. Known for his energetic, disruptive approach to sales, marketing, and team development, Alex is known as a trusted partner among entrepreneurs and small business owners who are passionate about creating real change and embracing innovation.
Taking a multi-faceted role in his current position Alex provides training for Black Knight’s Empower, marketing systems, and lead development with Paramount Bank. Alex created the Lead Conversion Team, which he developed out of a need to improve marketing spend. This led to an expansion in services to over 200 originators and 1000 realtors. It also increased sales volume of his loan officers by 31%. Driven by his belief in the power of strong partnerships, he built relationships and new marketing strategies with Zillow, Trulia, and BDX to target the borrower at the decision moment of buying a new home.
His philosophy is driven by high levels of communication, diligence, and partnership that in turn help nurture a culture of innovation that shares his vision for reaching new levels of success.
Alex holds bachelor’s degrees in Applied Health and Life Sciences from Azusa Pacific University. He has won accolades for sales growth including the President’s Club at Fedex. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys hobby farming and spending time with his wife Tanya and their four children (and now one grandchild as well!). He also enjoys donating professional marketing services to small businesses in order to help them continue to grow.
