Cameron Mott has been involved with every aspect of mortgage lending in his 20+ years in the industry, including originating, secondary and all aspects of operations. In his previous employ, he joined a team originating less than $100M annually as the Operations Manager; years later became the SVP of Mortgage Banking and grew annual originations over $1B until the division’s sale in 2021. He participates in many industry associations and roundtables including the MBA, The Mortgage Collaborative, MilHousing Network, eXp Military Network and Next Move Military.
Cameron has been and continues to be involved in scouting. He served as Cubmaster for 3 years, winning Cubmaster of the year honors twice, as well as an Assistant Scoutmaster. He currently sits on the Pinewood Derby and Corporate Pinewood Derby committees and is a co-chair of the BSA Classic annual golf tournament. Cameron and his wife, Cindy, have been married for 20 years and are parents to Colin, 18, and Carly, 15.
