It’s hard to believe how fast the last 17 years have flown by, but when you work in the mortgage industry with some of the region’s most productive Loan Officers inside one of the region’s most prolific lending institutions, you hardly notice the time.
I love what I do! I have performed almost every role inside of a mortgage company. I know how to take a good application and find the best solution for a client. I learned this working as an assistant for one of the biggest producers in Missouri. I know how to put together a credit approval package with the right documents to get the loan approved quickly and painlessly, having spent several years processing loan files. I know how to manage deadlines and get the loan documents pulled together for a timely and pleasant closing, because I have worked in closing departments along the way as well. I love to go to closings! I love to see the smiles on people’s faces when we accomplish our goal and close on the new home or the new refinance.
Mortgage lending has been my career right out of high school. I really enjoy helping people find solutions. I enjoy answering questions and being a resource to my clients. I love the gratification when I receive a survey that says that “She was phenomenal. I felt I had endless questions. She was always patient and willing to answer every single one.” It’s what I love to do, and I want to make sure my customers know that this is my goal on each loan transaction.
I know that the mortgage process can be stressful, and it is my job to help my clients get through the process as smoothly and easily as possible. It’s why I have earned my reputation for giving my best to each of my customers, and why they have rewarded me not only with their loan transaction, but also the referral of family and friends.
