Paul Kopsky, Jr.

Paul has over 35 years of experience working as a financial and operating executive.  Paul began his career with KPMG in St. Louis/Chicago where he spent over 10 years and has served in various executive accounting, finance and operating leadership roles for companies including the Hunt Companies, Jefferies & Company, Capmark Financial Group, RGA, Nationwide Insurance Group, Lincoln Financial Group, Conning/Swiss Re and RAIT Financial Trust.  Throughout his career, Paul has served on several company boards and worked with a number of regulatory authorities including state regulators and FINRA.  Paul has extensive merger/acquisition and capital raising experience.
