First and foremost, I am a customer service specialist. Before joining Paramount Bank as a loan officer, I had years of experience mediating and coordinating real estate transactions for investors and have successfully managed real estate portfolios. I have multiplied the income generation of investment properties, and guided rookie clients into investment mastery. I specialize at getting my clients into a liquid cash position in order to roll capital gains into other properties to multiply those gains. I am proficient in conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, and employ credit repair strategies. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University and speak Thai at a professional level after having lived in Thailand for three years. When I am not at my desk, I usually have my nose in a book or am out exploring the mountains of Tennessee.
