Joe Martinez

Mr. Martinez brings an investment banking focus and a strong background as a financial, technology,
and operating executive to Paramount Bank. In addition to his Fortune 500 background with IBM and
Xerox, he has worked for several Silicon Valley technology companies that he was instrumental in
funding and taking public. As an entrepreneur, he was the CEO of several public companies he funded,
managed, took public, and sold to private equity firms. He formed the technology practice for a national
investment banking firm and founded and built his own investment banking firm that he sold
successfully. He formed his own advisory firm in 1998 and became a Venture Partner with a leading
Venture Capital firm in Palo Alto. During his career, he has developed a global list of clients that he
continues to work with.

Currently, Mr. Martinez is the CEO of an international Sportsbook and Fantasy Sports Company that he
will list on a national stock exchange. He is also the Chief Investment Officer of a real estate investment
fund, an advisor to a leading-edge software company, and Chairman of Kiva Capital, a firm he formed
with a Native American Partner to provide advisory services. He is a proud father of three daughters and
lives with his wife of 31 years in Irvine, California. Mr. Martinez holds degrees from the University of
Denver in Business and Organizational Psychology.
