Michele Fiore

I have held senior leadership roles in several lending institutions. Most recently, I served as SVP, Regional Director of Residential Lending at Amerant Bank. Prior to that, I spent nearly 7 years as First Vice President, Regional Manager at Flagstar Bank. During that time, my accomplishments were recognized with awards, including Presidents Club. Other industry awards include Circle of Excellence, Rising Star, and #1 customer satisfaction by Merchant Circle.

I am respected in the industry and was selected for the National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s Mastermind Roundtable. Additionally, I am a member of the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business advisory panel. I have been a featured speaker at many real estate professional workshops and training sessions, first-time buyer seminars, veteran homeowner assistance workshops, tools for investor workshops, and many others.

I attribute my success and the success of my teams to a consistent work ethic and my leadership approach of creating an environment that encourages the contribution of ideas from all team members, is respectful, fair, and disciplined. I believe in a solution-focused approach to leadership, as focusing on the problem only serves to limit progress.

In addition to my passion for my work, I also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, boating, fishing, golfing, and spending time with my family.
