Her expertise extends nationwide, particularly in relocation lending, where her outstanding service has been recognized through programs like the Tyson Relocation initiative.

Recognized for her exceptional service, Patti was elected by local builders to serve on the Executive Committee and Board of the NWA Homebuilders association. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and real estate professionals, earning her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the mortgage industry.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Patti is deeply involved in her community. She actively participates in the Springdale Chamber and Chamber Ambassador program, welcoming new businesses and contributing to the growth of her local area. Her dedication to community service is also evident through her longstanding involvement with organizations like United Way, where she supports initiatives for children in need.

Outside of work, Patti enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and hiking, as well as attending concerts and passionately supporting her favorite sports teams: the Chiefs, Razorbacks, and Royals.
